Sarvesh was the only UI/UX designer and played a critical role in shaping how our digital products evolved. He has the ability to understand requirements in depth, translate them into intuitive user experiences, and still stay strongly aligned with our brand guidelines. He took complete ownership of setting up and maintaining a scalable design system, which brought much needed consistency and structure across our products.
What I genuinely appreciated most was his constant drive to improve the quality of design, he never settled for what was easy and always pushed for better usability, clarity and visual refinement. He proactively up-skilled himself by learning illustrations on the go using Figma and applied them effectively across our platforms. He independently handled multiple high-impact projects including our website redesign, mobile app redesign, admin portal, inventory and farmer applications, and was always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome, even when requirements or timelines were challenging.
